The California doula benefit is designed to support you from pregnancy through the first few months of parenthood. Your coverage typically includes:

• Initial Consultation: A 90-minute meeting to discuss your goals and how we can work together.

• Prenatal Visits: Up to 8 dedicated sessions to create your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and prepare for baby.

• Continuous Labor Support: I am by your side from active labor until your baby is safely in your arms, including the "golden hour" after birth.

• Postpartum Healing: Two extended 3-hour sessions in your home to help with newborn care, lactation support, and your physical recovery.

Navigating insurance can be overwhelming, so I make the process as simple as possible for my clients:
